You know, eating with utensils isn’t standard in every country. In India they don’t even know what forks are! So why should we Americans stress over it so much? (Granted, it IS much easier to eat curry with a fork than with a chapati!)

Wordpress…it is a wordpress plugin called fixed social buttons. Go with the vertical setting in order to get them up in the right hand corner. Good luck, I know you are on blogspot so I’m not quite sure what your options are.

Thanks so much for that reminder. I’m having a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit but must for my two young children. You are so right about time passing so quickly when they are little. I just keep reminding myself this season is not about me or us, but about HIM.

Another great option for a cake that falls apart (or is really dry) is trifle. Just layer chunks of the cake with pudding and/or whip cream. You can also add layers of fruit depending on your cake and personal preferences. If you have a pretty trifle bowl, your “disaster” can end up looking like a masterpiece. Trifles are quite delicious.
